Cory is, without a doubt, the integral systems and operations backbone of Tax Lien School. He began working with Dustin around 14 years ago; initially, he started out with email editing and customer support.
Over the years, he moved deeper into the inner workings of the company, learning what actually makes real estate education work for the people going through it.
He eventually took ownership of the back end, building the systems, CRM, and email operations that carry a student from their first question all the way to closing real deals. That kind of continuity is rare in this industry, and it is a big part of why students stick with the program long enough to see results.
In a business built on guiding people who are often making their first serious move in real estate, Cory is the one who makes sure nobody slips through the cracks. The processes are tight, the follow-up is there, and the experience stays consistent, whether a student joined last week or three years ago.
