Refund Policy
Coaching Programs, Training, and Educational Products: Refund Policy
Tax Lien School operates a strict no-refund policy on all coaching programs, mentorship, group training, and educational courses.
When you enroll in any Tax Lien School program, you receive immediate access to proprietary training materials, curriculum, strategies, and instructor resources that cannot be returned or “un-delivered.” For this reason, all sales are final at the time of purchase.
This policy applies to:
- All coaching programs (one-on-one, group, or hybrid)
- All mentorship or mastermind enrollments
- All online training courses and modules
- All live and recorded workshops, webinars, or intensives
- All bundled program and upsell offers
- All digital downloads, workbooks, templates, and supplementary materials
By completing your purchase and/or signing your enrollment agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed this refund policy in full prior to purchase
- You understand that your enrollment grants immediate access to non-returnable digital content and instructor time
- You waive any right to a refund once access is granted
- Results from the program depend on your individual effort, market conditions, and execution: Tax Lien School makes no guarantee of specific financial outcomes
- This no-refund policy was a material term of your enrollment agreement, which you signed prior to or at the time of purchase
Chargeback and Dispute Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not circumvent this refund policy.
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or payment processor, Tax Lien School will respond to the dispute with full documentation including:
- Your signed enrollment agreement acknowledging the no-refund policy
- Proof of access to program materials (login records, delivery confirmation, session attendance)
- A copy of this published refund policy as it appeared at the time of purchase
- Correspondence records between you and our support team
Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred for collections and reported to relevant credit bureaus.
If you have a concern about your enrollment, contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a dispute. Issues brought to us directly are resolved far faster than formal chargeback processes.
Discretionary Accommodations
Tax Lien Certificate School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer account credits, program transfers, or refunds in exceptional circumstances. This is not an entitlement or a right conferred by this policy. Any accommodation offered does not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy generally or in future transactions.
Limited Exception: Standalone Digital Products
If you purchased a standalone book, PDF guide, or entry-level digital product not bundled with or leading to a coaching program enrollment, a refund request may be considered within 7 calendar days of purchase, subject to the following:
- No portion of the material has been downloaded, accessed, or consumed
- The request is submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 7-day window
- Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This exception does not apply to any product that includes access to live instruction, coaching calls, community access, or recorded training content.
