Ontario Tax Deeds

In Ontario, the law recently changed which now means that any properties that have at least 2 years of unpaid property taxes can be listed for public sale by auction. The tax sale can be cancelled (redeemed) right up until the tax deed is registered for sale but once the sale is complete, the tax deed is final.
