Manitoba Tax Deeds

Last Updated on November 20, 2017

In Manitoba, annual tax sales are conducted at each municipality for properties that are three years delinquent on taxes. Instead, they essentially become the sole purchasing party of the Tax Sale Certificate which, after the passage of one full year from the date of the sale, will entitle the City to apply for ownership of the property.
