Experience
Jack is part of the Customer Success team at Tax Lien School, where he helps support students as they move through the program, ask questions, and apply what they are learning to their research.
In addition to direct student support, Jack helps organize and repurpose weekly Q&A sessions into practical learning resources. This includes creating Q&A Highlights, replay summaries, and other content designed to make important lessons easier for students to find and revisit.
Jack also contributes to Tax Lien School’s content development, helping turn foundational tax lien and tax deed concepts into clear, beginner-friendly videos and resources. His focus is on making the learning process feel more approachable, especially for students who are newer to the space and trying to understand the terminology, research steps, and due diligence process.
As Tax Lien School continues building its research tools with the TLAI-1, Jack helps think through how students ask better questions, organize their research, and identify what they still need to verify before bringing a deal to the Q&A, one-on-one coaching, as well as live support.
Background
Before joining Tax Lien School, Jack spent over a decade in hospitality, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, customer experience, and relationship-based service. That background now carries into his work with students, where his focus is on making complex information easier to understand and helping students feel more confident as they take action.
Jack also has a passion for music production and film photography, and his creative abilities play into his role in content development, video scripting, and student-facing resources.
