Refunds for Books, Digital Materials, and Online Training
Purchases of books, digital materials, or online training programs are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Return of Materials: All physical materials received must be returned in resalable condition. If materials are damaged, incomplete, or missing, a refund may be denied.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds for Live Training and In-Person Events
Tax Lien Certificate School offers live training programs and in-person events (such as 3-day auction trips). These purchases are governed by the following refund policy:
- Refunds for Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
- Event Rescheduling:
- If Tax Lien Certificate School must reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
- If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the new event date to request a refund.
- No-Shows:
- Failure to attend the event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
